Following her husband Josh Duhamel's much talked-about affair with another woman back in 2009, Fergie sat down with Oprah Winfrey to discuss her marriage.

“Tell me, nine months into your marriage, rumors begin to swirl about him being with a stripper. How was that for your marriage? How did you all get through that? Obviously, you got through it. You’re still here,” Oprah asked.
"It was difficult," Fergie explained during her sit-down, airing this Sunday on OWN. “When you go through difficult times it really makes you stronger as a unit. As a partnership. It does for us, anyway. Our love today is a deeper love.”
So what's kept the Black Eyed Peas singer and Duhamel together for almost 9 years, despite the sometimes-difficult times?
“We deal with it, we communicate; communicating’s the most important thing.”
